Orders & Refund Policy

GENERAL ORDER INFO

All orders will be shipped out via USPS within 3-5 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information. Please visit our SHIPPING POLICIES page

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@astrodiacmysticshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After this time your order may have shipped and we wouldn't be able to cancel this for you so contacting us as soon as possible is vital. 

RETURNS 

Due to the nature of the products, we do not accept returns of the following: 

• All Herbal products: loose herbs, bundles, bath and body products.
• Books
• Candles & wax melts
• Crystals 
• Earrings 

All other items can be returned within 10 days of receipt for items that are unworn and in the original packaging. Shipping returned items back is the responsibility of the customer and only refunds for products will be given.

BROKEN CRYSTALS 

If your crystal breaks in transit please contact us within 7 business days. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new crystal babe! 

Crystals are fragile and not indestructible, with that being said, please be gentle and handle them with care as we cannot offer refunds or replacements if your crystal breaks after being in your possession.

EXCHANGES 

We only offer exchanges for damaged or defective goods, please contact us within 7 days from date of delivery at Support@astrodiacmysticshop.com and we will happily replace the item or issue a refund.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
