Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
All orders will be shipped out via USPS within 3-5 business days. Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.
We do our best to get our packages out as fast as we can! However, after your package leaves our hands we have no control over the speed to which it arrives at your doorstep and Astrodiac Mystic Shop is not responsible for slow post or delays due to weather or postal problems worldwide.
If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please first check your tracking number which you would have received via email. Check your local post office, and finally, contact us with your inquiry.
For lost of stolen items please file a claim with USPS.
HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING?
RETURNED PACKAGES
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if your order is "returned to sender" for any reason, including if you provide the wrong delivery address for your order or the recipient of the package does not claim the package.
- If you decide you no longer want the package, your refund will not include the original shipping fees.
- If you decide you want the package re-mailed, you will be invoiced for the additional shipping fees and your package will be reshipped when payment is received.
Eco-friendly
Because we love and want to take care of Mother Earth, Astrodiac Mystic Shop products are packaged and shipped with recyclable materials - This may include recyclable paper tape, paper wrapping, bubble wrap that can be recycled and biodegradable packing peanuts (that dissolve in water!)
