All orders are shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as refunds cannot be issued for orders with incorrect address details.
Shipping Times & Responsibility
We work hard to ship your packages quickly! Once your order is handed off to USPS, delivery speed is out of our control. Astrodiac Mystic Shop is not responsible for delays caused by weather, postal issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
If your package is delayed, please:
- Check the tracking number sent to your email.
- Contact your local post office.
- Reach out to us if you still need assistance.
Lost or Stolen Packages
For lost or stolen items, please file a claim directly with USPS.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders over $99 within the continental U.S.
Returned Packages
- Shipping fees are non-refundable if your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed.
- If you want the package reshipped, additional shipping fees will apply, and the package will be resent once payment is received.
- If you no longer want the package, the refund will exclude original shipping fees.
Eco-Friendly Packaging
We care about the planet! Your order will be packaged with recyclable and biodegradable materials, including paper tape, bubble wrap that can be recycled, and water-dissolvable packing peanuts.
