Led by certified breathwork coach Stephanie Flierl, this session will guide you through intentional breathing techniques designed to activate your body’s natural healing process, clear emotional blockages, and create space for clarity and connection. As you move through the breath, Ricki will fill the space with the transformative frequencies of crystal sound bowls and chimes—helping to move stuck energy, align your chakras, and ground your spirit.
