General Order Information
Orders are processed and shipped via USPS within 3-5 business days. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as refunds cannot be issued for errors in the address provided. For more details, visit our Shipping Policies.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel an order, email us at support@astrodiacmysticshop.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once processing begins or your order ships, cancellations are no longer possible. Contacting us promptly is essential.
Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Herbal products (e.g., loose herbs, bundles, bath, and body items)
- Books
- Candles & wax melts
- Crystals
- Earrings
Other items may be returned within 10 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued for the product cost only.
Broken Crystals
If your crystal arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We want you to love your new crystal companion and will work to resolve the issue.
Keep in mind: Crystals are delicate and require gentle handling. Refunds or replacements cannot be offered for crystals that break after they are in your possession.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at astrodiacmysticshop@gmail.com and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
