Q: What kind of products do you carry?
A: We offer a wide range of spiritual and metaphysical tools — including crystals, tarot and oracle decks, altar supplies, jewelry, perfumes, and more. Every piece is hand-selected with intention and good energy.
Q: Are your crystals ethically sourced?
A: Yes! We take pride in sourcing our crystals as responsibly as possible, working with trusted suppliers who value sustainability, ethical labor practices, and quality.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
A: Absolutely! Gift cards are available both online and in-store. They're a great way to share the magic when you're not quite sure what to choose.
Q: What happens if something gets broken in the shop?
A: We totally understand that accidents happen, but due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our items, we kindly uphold a “you break it, you buy it” policy — this includes items broken by children. We appreciate your mindfulness while browsing and encourage keeping a close eye on little ones as you explore the magic!

Q: How do I book a reading?
A: You can book a session through our Readers & Healers page. Select your reader, choose your preferred time, and follow the steps to confirm.
Q: What types of sessions are offered?
A: Our readers and healers offer tarot, oracle, intuitive guidance, astrology, reiki, and more. Each practitioner brings a unique approach, so check out their bios on our site to find your perfect match.
Q: Do you offer virtual readings?
A: Virtual readings may be available depending on the reader — be sure to check their individual profiles for options.
📦 Orders, Shipping & Returns
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as it’s on its way.
Q: Do you offer local pickup?
A: Yes! If you're local, in the "Add a note to your order" section, write "Local Pickup" at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready for pick-up at the shop.
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: Due to the nature of our products, certain items are non-returnable. Other items may be returned within 10 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and refunds will be issued for the product cost only. Please see our return policy HERE.

A: Yes, space is usually limited. We recommend registering ahead of time through the event page to reserve your spot.

Q: Do you allow pets or children in the store?
A: We do welcome well-behaved kids, however, due to our beloved shop dog Aries being on site, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets into the store. Thank you for understanding!
