This experience includes guided breathwork and a 45-minute immersive sound bath using crystal singing bowls and vibrational instruments to support nervous system regulation, stress release, emotional clearing, and energetic grounding. These practices help calm the mind, release stored tension in the body, and create space for clarity, focus, and inner alignment.
