We spend so much of our lives looking outward.
Showing up. Taking care of things. Holding it together. Moving onto the next thing.
Rooted Within is your invitation to turn some of that energy back toward yourself.
This intentionally curated healing experience is designed to help you slow down, clear some space, reconnect with your body and heart, and tend to the parts of yourself that may have gotten a little lost beneath the noise.
Throughout the evening, Ricki + Stephanie will weave together a heart-opening cacao ceremony, conscious connected breathwork, immersive sound, guided meditation and integration woven throughout the experience.
There will be space to breathe.
Space to feel.
Space to soften.
Space to receive.
And space to simply come back to you.
As always, Rooted includes a few intentional touches we’re keeping as part of the experience rather than giving everything away ahead of time 🤎
We’ll close the evening grounded in community with our Rooted charcuterie table, connection, take-home gifts, and our community give-back raffle.

You don’t need to be “good” at meditation or breathwork.
Just come willing to give yourself a little space to listen.

What to Bring
Please bring:
- A yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Blanket + pillow for additional comfort
- Chapstick
- Any crystal, journal, sacred item or support tool you’d like to have with you
- A small item or offering for the community altar, if you feel called
- An open mind + willingness to receive 🤍
Eye masks will be provided.
Water will be available throughout the evening, and we’ll gather around our Rooted charcuterie table after the experience for nourishment + grounding.
Please arrive with enough time to settle in before we begin.
Once the experience starts, we want to protect the container we’ve created for everyone in the room.
You don’t have to know what you need from this night before you arrive.
Sometimes we just need enough space to finally hear ourselves again.
